Stop supporting it, stop IE hacks so users can see the difference. IE is is not only a problem but also that webdesigners and webdevelopers use hacks so it looks like there is no problem with IE. Users cannot see the 'pain' that was needed to implement the design for IE. Why switch?, it looks good and works perfectly........ That's the real problem. Don't use hacks, if it is working it is done. If it looks beter in another browser, so be it, tell your client to use that other browser. Stop hacking things, it is not a challenge! I discovered some files embedded in my admin/includes/languages/english/buttons/ folder and deleted them. I restored from the oldest backup I have (June, 2010) and later discovered the same files reappeared. Then I discovered the nasty php string at the top of all 580 .php files. . . I used BBEdit and deleted all those, which broke my store, which works while the hack is there, but goes down when I remove the long string of code. I still working on it. Do you have any ideas?
